While we aim to deliver high-quality work and strategic guidance, we do not guarantee specific growth results such as followers, views, engagement, or revenue. Organic growth depends on multiple factors beyond our control.
3. Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for:
Providing accurate information and materials on time
Participating in approvals and feedback cycles
Following recommended content strategies consistently
Delays caused by the client may impact timelines.
4. Payments & Refunds
All services provided by Sunarth Media require 100% advance payment before the commencement of any work. No project, service, or deliverable will begin until full payment has been received.
5. Intellectual Property
All content created by Sunarth Media remains our intellectual property until full payment is received. Upon completion and payment, usage rights are granted to the client for personal or business branding purposes.
6. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information shared during the course of the project, unless required by law.
7. Limitation of Liability
Sunarth Media shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or website.
8. Termination
Either party may terminate services with prior written notice. Any completed work up to the termination date will be billed accordingly.
9. Changes to Terms
Sunarth Media reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of the website or services implies acceptance of updated terms.
10. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Surat, Gujarat.
